Our Uncle James, a member of the Bowie Senior Chorale, is shown very happy after particpating in a wonderful Christmas concert at the Bowie Performing Arts Center. A full house enjoyed this presentation on December 18, 2009.
Pictured above is Micole and Mikea Turner (Bernice's granddaughters), Herbert, Jr., Uncle James and Rob.
Pictured also above is Bernice Slaughter, Barbara Botts and Aunt Angela Turner at the concert.

  2. They certainly are like fine, solid oak trees. I think that this is a really good picture of them too.

  3. I heard that Uncle James was quite the debonair, suave, and mesmerizing singer at this event, Irene. I wish that we could have been there to see him at his recital. I know that he had a lot of fun and he most definitely brought many smiles to the Slaughters in attendance.
    hugs, Thomas

  4. Micole and Mikea Turner? I never knew that these two attractive ladies were Bernice's granddaughters. Where has the time gone:)

Aunt Angela looks effervescent and filled with good cheer on the coldest day of the year. Thank you for sending these fotos of Barbara and Aunt Bernice, Irene.
